Fried Potatoes and Onions

Ingredients:

Onions

Peppers

Red potatoes

Creole and garlic seasoning

Oil

Directions:

Sauté onions and peppers in a tad of oil,

Add diced potatoes and a bit more oil, season with garlic or a seasoning of your choice, cook until tender. Stirring regularly.

Remove from the pan and drain the excess oil.

You can use an oven or a skillet. (I prefer the skillet)
